(warning: I don't measure anything)!
- Cut up about a cup of carrots and add to about 2 cups of water - boil and then turn down heat.
- While carrots are cooking add cut up celery, onions, and garlic and a tablespoon of oil to frying pan. Sautee until tender and then add to big pot.
- Brown ground turkey - add to pot.
- Add a can of diced tomatoes, a can of tomato paste
- Add salt/garlic salt, pepper, and basil to taste
- Add macaroni (be careful not to go overboard as I always do!)
Simmer on low for about half an hour.
