In celebration of Mental Illness Awareness Week Canadian Mental Health Association would like to challenge you to do “Random Acts of Kindness” with Mental Illness Awareness week in mind. We will be posting “Random Acts of Kindness” suggestions we can do for each other to help promote this theme.
CMHA WILL BE HOSTING A GATHERING OCTOBER 8TH 2014 TO CELEBRATE MENTAL ILLNESS AWARENESS WEEK. WE WILL HAVE GUEST SPEAKERS REGARDING PEOPLE WHO COPE AND HAVE STRUGGLED WITH MENTAL ILLNESS, HERO AWARDS AND SHARE OUR “RANDOM ACTS OF KINDNESS” ACTIONS. PLEASE COME AND JOIN US. Event will be healed at our CMHA office at 2:00pm October 8th 2014.
